How can I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through your smartphone’s settings.
【For iPhone users】
Open the Settings app → Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Select the app and tap “Cancel.”
【For Android users】
Open Google Play → Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select the app and tap “Cancel.”
Note: Please note that deleting the app does not stop the subscription.
Be sure to complete the cancellation process through the appropriate store.
