I want to change my email address.

You can change your registered email address from within the parent app. Please follow the steps below:
【How to Change Your Email Address】
1.Open the Parent App and tap the “≡” (menu icon) in the top-left corner.
2.From the menu, select “Account Information.”
3.Tap the section showing your current registered email address.
4.Enter your new email address, then enter the verification code sent to that address to complete the update.
Note: After changing your email address, please use the new one when logging in next time.
