Can I remove a family member who is monitoring my child?

Yes, the main guardian (account holder) can remove a monitoring family member from the parent app. Please follow the steps below:
【How to Remove a Guardian User】
1.Open the Parent App and tap the “≡” (menu icon) in the top-left corner.
2.Select “Guardian Settings” from the menu.
A list of current guardian users will be displayed.
3.Tap the red “Delete” icon next to the family member you wish to remove.
Note: Once removed, that family member will no longer be able to view the child’s location or related information.
If needed, you can re-add them later by sending a new registration link.
